Leonardo da Vinci - Mobility Programme - Stephanie Camilleri Galea in Dundee Schotland Stephanie had a two-week placement offered by the Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility Programme November-December 2008 whereby she was hosted by Dundee Council. The Employment Unit in Dundee offers services of Supported Employment to people with disability, the largest proportion of which are people with mental health problems. During these two weeks Stephanie attended team meetings, initial sessions and vocational profile sessions with clients. Moreover, she conducted home visits and work visits in conjunction with the support workers. Furthermore, she liaised with employers at the work place and met with clients at the Job Clubs and Voluntary Work Organisations. |
