We can look at mental health as a state in which an individual realises what their abilities are, and how one is able to cope with the stress ofeveryday life. Furthermore, we can describe mental healthas the ability to control one’s emotions and to have positive relationships with the surroundingpeople. Being mentally healthy helps one to function well in different aspects of life, including at work, with family and other social relationships.
